- One-on-one assistance. Full and Part Time farmer members of Connecticut Farm Bureau are eligible for one-on-one assistance from Joan Nichols, CFBA Executive Director and Director of Member Relations. Ms. Nichols provides direct assistance on a variety of issues including applying for PA 490 farmland classification, farm tax exemption programs, land use and zoning compliance and more.
