Tolland County Farm Bureau provides a scholarship every year to a Tolland County student attending UConn’s College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Resources. The Diurna & Franklin Kibbe & Cyril Green Scholarship goes to a Tolland County resident attending the University of Connecticut, CAHNR.
